VAG Bolton now offer a Dealership Level Diagnosis, Repair and/or Replacement service for Virtual Cockpit (or Virtual Dashboards) fitted to newer models in the VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda range.

Virtual Cockpit Faults Diagnosed, Repaired or Replaced

The VAG Group’s virtual cockpit can suffer from the following problems:

The virtual cockpit goes partially or completely blank
Red or amber warning triangle appears above or on the virtual cockpit
You may also experience buzzer or ‘gong’ noises
The virtual cockpit may intermittently fail (goes completely dark) whilst driving

VAG Dealership Level Repair Service for Virtual Cockpit faults

VAG Bolton have the same ‘main dealer’ software (ODIS) so we’re able to diagnose Virtual Cockpit faults. On inspection we are able to diagnose cockpit faults and recommend the correct course of action. This may be a repair or complete replacement if the Virtual Cockpit has failed.
