Digital Service Schedule for VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda vehicles

We access VAG Groups Digital Service Schedule so that your vehicles service history is updated, keeping your manufacturer’s warranty up to date.

All service and maintenance work completed on your vehicle will be stored on the VW Group's Digital Service Schedule. This ensures that your manufacturer’s warranty is kept up to date (if applicable). We can also use the system to identify work that has been carried out at Main Dealerships and advise you on any work that many need to be completed.

The Digital Service Schedule has now replaced the traditional service booklet that Main Dealers used to stamp to prove that your vehicle had been service in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule.

The Digital Service Schedule for recording and protecting your Audi or Volkswagen service history

The Digital Service Schedule has many benefits:

Access to the vehicles history. We can use the system to review service history for the lifetime of the vehicle.

Protection. Your vehicles service history cannot be lost.

Proof. The system ensures that your vehicles service history is up to date, in case of a warranty claim.

Recalls. We can use the system to identify any outstanding manufacturer’s recalls.

Advice. We can review your vehicles service history to advise you of any work that needs to be completed (e.g. if a service has been missed).

Once your vehicles service has been completed, we'll update the Digital Service Schedule and supply you with a print out for your own records.

All service and maintenance work is automatically entered here and stored securely
